This is a carefully selected simmered meat course served with fresh vegetables.One portion contains 150g of Kuroge Wagyu beef (Kuroge Wagyu beef thigh meat) plus cabbage, chives, onions, green onions, Kujo leeks, and bran mushrooms. We recommend our homemade garlic sauce and dashi shabu-shabu ♪ It also comes with champon noodles or rice porridge to finish off the meal!
